Maryland High School Basketball - Crossland ripped by McDonough

December 7, 2022: Pomfret, MD 20675

The McDonough Rams basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Crossland Cavaliers to 16 in the Rams non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Rams now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lackey for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. McDonough will battle a Chargers team coming off a 74-72 non-league win over Southern Maryland Christian Academy (White Plains, MD). The Chargers record now stands at 1-0.

The Cavaliers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Lions enter the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 0-1 record.
