The Laughlin Cougars routed the host Indian Springs Thunderbirds basketball team by a final score of 48-22 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Democracy Prep Agassi Campus Blue Knights (Las Vegas, NV) in a 2A Southern game, on Friday, December 16. Laughlin will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Blue Knights enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 80-8 league win over Founders Academy (Las Vegas, NV).

With the defeat, Indian Springs moves to 0-2 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Beatty (Beatty, NV) to face the Hornets in a non-league game on Friday, December 9. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 2-1. Beatty won 61-15 in their recent non-league game against Mountain View Christian (Las Vegas, NV)
