Mark Keppel Aztecs (Alhambra, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Marshall Eagles (Pasadena, CA), 67-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mark Keppel upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Polytechnic won 67-48 in their recent non-league bout against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the El Monte Lions (El Monte, CA) in a Mission Valley bout, on Friday, December 9. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 60-20 non-league loss to Edgewood (West Covina, CA).
