Virginia High School Basketball - Great Bridge ripped by Norcom

December 7, 2022: Chesapeake, VA 23322

The Norcom Greyhounds basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Great Bridge Wildcats to 29 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Churchland for a Eastern contest on Friday, December 9. Norcom will meet a Truckers team coming off a 103-9 league loss to Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Truckers record now stands at 0-2.

The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA). The Grizzlies enter the Southeastern contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Grassfield triumphed over Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA), 50-35, in a league contest.
