The Homewood Patriots basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers to 24 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Patriots now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spain Park for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Homewood will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 42-34 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-5.

The Cavaliers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record.
