St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings (Staten Island, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), 85-21 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Joseph-by-the-Sea upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Fontbonne Hall Academy (Brooklyn, NY) to play the Bonnies in a Catholic - Bronx bout on Friday, December 9. The Bonnies go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Fontbonne Hall Academy lost 63-31 in their recent non-league bout against Holy Cross (Flushing, NY)
