The Atwater Falcons basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Hughson Huskies to 23 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Falcons now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Catholic for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Atwater will battle a Raiders team coming off a 51-14 non-league loss to Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
The Huskies (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA). The Bullfrogs enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Bret Harte ran past Union Mine (El Dorado, CA), 33-26, in a non-league contest.
