In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Sunrise Mountain Miners (Las Vegas, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV), by a margin of 47-25.
The Miners (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Rancho (Las Vegas, NV). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Rancho was trounced by Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV), 66-38, in a non-league outing.
The Pioneers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Shadow Ridge for a outing on Friday, January 27.
