The Monta Vista Matadors basketball team (Cupertino, CA), dropped 60-52 in Wednesday's league battle with the host King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA)
The Knights now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Jose for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 8. King's Academy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-29 non-league loss to Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
The Matadors (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Firebirds come into the battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Fremont dropped by Los Altos (Los Altos, CA), 56-45, in a non-league battle.
