The Belton Tigers (Belton, TX) basketball felled the host Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX), 66-50 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Seguin (Seguin, TX). The Matadors go into the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Seguin thwarted Edison (San Antonio, TX), 67-38, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Highlands for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Medina Valley will encounter a Owls squad coming off a 79-65 non-league win over Winn (Eagle Pass, TX). The Owls record now stands at 4-11.
