The Oak Ridge War Eagles basketball team (Conroe, TX), was toppled 56-44 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host College Station Cougars (College Station, TX)
The Cougars now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lufkin for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 7. College Station will confront a Panthers team coming off a 73-69 non-league loss to Silsbee (Silsbee, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 5-6.
The War Eagles (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Alvin (Alvin, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Alvin was toppled by Terry (Rosenberg, TX), 39-35, in a non-league battle.
