Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Conwell-Egan Catholic can't hold off Lower Moreland

The Lower Moreland Lions basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Conwell-Egan Catholic Eagles to 51 in the Lions non-league victory on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheltenham for a Suburban One - American contest on Friday, December 8. Lower Moreland will battle a Panthers team coming off a 73-27 league win over New Hope-Solebury (New Hope, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chichester (Boothwyn, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Chichester edged Ridley (Folsom, PA), 52-40, in a non-league contest.
