Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Seagraves Eagles (Seagraves, TX), 78-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eunice upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Morton (Morton, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Morton lost 56-42 in their recent non-league bout against Plains (Plains, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Monahans Loboes (Monahans, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Seagraves will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Loboes go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 59-57 non-league win over Seminole (Seminole, TX).
