North Carolina High School Basketball - Friendship Christian topples Faith Christian

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Friendship Christian Falcons (Raleigh, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting Faith Christian Patriots (Rocky Mount, NC), by a count of 61-50.

The Falcons (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Wayne Christian defeated Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC), 60-53, in a league outing.

The Patriots now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Kerr-Vance Academy for a NCISAA Carolina Independent outing on Friday, December 8. Faith Christian will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 73-34 non-league loss to Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-6.
