The Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) basketball felled the visiting Jasper Bulldogs (Jasper, TX), 62-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bobcats (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Legacy Christian Academy (Beaumont, TX). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Legacy Christian Academy thwarted St. Joseph Catholic (Bryan, TX), 51-20, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Onalaska for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Jasper will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 82-68 non-league loss to Vidor (Vidor, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-5.
