With the victory, Mt. Zion Prep Academy upgrades its record to 12-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Miller School of Albemarle won 76-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Stuart Hall (Staunton, VA)

Next up, the play the Evergreen Christian Eagles (Leesburg, VA) in a Freelance challenge, on Friday, December 8. New Hope Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 67-60 league win over Highland (Warrenton, VA).
