The Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Oregon Episcopal Aardvarks to 40 in the Pirates non-league victory on Thursday.
The Pirates now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chemawa Indian for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Neah-Kah-Nie will battle a Braves team coming off a 51-39 non-league loss to Jefferson (Jefferson, OR). The Braves record now stands at 1-2.
The Aardvarks (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Trinity Lutheran prevailed over Horizon Christian (Tualatin, OR), 64-51, in a non-league contest.
