The Neuse Christian Academy Lions basketball team (Raleigh, NC), was overwhelmed 83-43 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Wayne Christian Eagles (Goldsboro, NC)

The Eagles now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cape Fear Academy for a NCISAA Coastal Rivers battle on Friday, December 8. Wayne Christian will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 54-50 non-league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 4-0.

The Lions (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Friendship Christian (Raleigh, NC). The Falcons come into the NCISAA Raleigh Area battle with a 7-3 record.
