Varsity Opponent (, ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host White Creek Christian Academy Eagles (Cleveland, GA), 64-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Varsity Opponent upgrades its record to 113-413 on the campaign. The travel to Florida Prep (Melbourne, FL) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Eagles play the Barnes Academy Vikings (Hartwell, GA) in a Freelance bout, on Monday, December 11. White Creek Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 43-28 league loss to New Covenant School (Anderson, SC).
