The Marysville Indians basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Foothill Cougars to 48 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Marysville will battle a Vikings team coming off a 59-23 non-league win over Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-2.
The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Las Plumas was defeated by Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA), 59-23, in a non-league contest.
