University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA), 52-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, University Prep upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Chico (Chico, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Chico won 75-6 in their recent non-league bout against Oroville (Oroville, CA)

Next up, the Wolves play the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Shasta will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 53-45 non-league win over Las Plumas (Oroville, CA).
