With the victory, Edna Karr upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to New Iberia (New Iberia, LA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a record of 5-5. New Iberia lost 43-31 in their recent non-league bout against Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. A.J. Ellender will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 43-31 non-league win over New Iberia (New Iberia, LA).
