Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Blacklick Valley trounces North Star

December 7, 2023: Boswell, PA 15531

The Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) basketball crushed the host North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA), 54-18 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Vikings (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA). The Colts go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.

The Cougars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Berlin Brothersvalley for a Inter County - West test on Friday, December 8. North Star will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 63-21 league win over Windber (Windber, PA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-2.
