The Corsicana Tigers basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Gilmer Buckeyes to 41 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bullard for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Corsicana will battle a Panthers team coming off a 45-38 non-league win over Neches (Neches, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 9-4.
The Buckeyes (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bullard (Bullard, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Bullard nudged Corsicana (Corsicana, TX), 63-19, in a non-league contest.
