In Thursday's non-league match, the host Fremont Eagles basketball team scored a good 48-34 triumph over the Edon Bombers.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Fairfield Falcons (Goshen, IN) in a Northeast Corner match, on Tuesday, December 12. Fremont will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 9-1 record after their 54-31 league win over Lakeland (LaGrange, IN).
