Weatherford Eagles (Weatherford, OK) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Guymon Tigers (Guymon, OK), 68-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Weatherford upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Yukon (Yukon, OK) to play the Millers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Millers come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Yukon lost 64-30 in their recent league bout against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK)

Next up, the Tigers play the Noble Bears (Noble, OK) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Friday, December 15. Guymon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 65-46 league loss to MacArthur (Lawton, OK).
