Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Wyalusing Valley tops North Penn-Liberty

December 7, 2023: Wyalusing, PA 18853

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Wyalusing Valley Rams (Wyalusing, PA) and the visiting North Penn-Liberty Mountie (Liberty, PA), saw Wyalusing Valley's basketball squad knock off North Penn-Liberty by a tally of 45-37.

With the victory, Wyalusing Valley improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Cowanesque Valley (Westfield, PA) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Cowanesque Valley lost 33-29 in their recent non-league challenge against North Penn-Mansfield (Mansfield, PA)

Next up, the Mountie play the Athens Wildcats (Athens, PA) in a Northern Tier - Large challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. North Penn-Liberty will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
