The Union Grove Wolverines basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Hampton Hornets to 60 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolverines now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Luella for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Union Grove will meet a Lions team coming off a 70-66 league loss to McDonough (McDonough, GA). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
The Hornets (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Luella (Luella, GA). The Lions enter the contest with a 2-1 record.
