Youngker Roughriders (Buckeye, AZ) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Roughriders confront the Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Youngker will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
The Knights now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cactus Shadows for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. Westview will confront a Falcons team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 0-3.
