The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) and the host Adams Highlanders (Rochester, MI), observed Chippewa Valley's basketball team edge Adams by a margin of 54-48.

The Big Reds (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Romeo was tipped by Port Huron (Port Huron, MI), 55-46, in a non-league challenge.
