Oregon High School Basketball - Mazama knocks off Astoria

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Mazama Vikings basketball team scored a good 73-62 win over the Astoria Fishermen.
The Vikings (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bend (Bend, OR). The Lava Bears come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Bend was topped by Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR), 52-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Fishermen battle the Cascade Cougars (Turner, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Astoria will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
