In Saturday's league contest, the host Cashmere Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 71-61 win over the Omak Pioneers.

The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Zillah (Zillah, WA). The Leopards come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Zillah was topped by Grandview (Grandview, WA), 77-63, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Pioneers battle the Cascade Kodiaks (Leavenworth, WA) in a 1A Caribou Trail contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Omak will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Kodiaks come into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 58-40 non-league loss to Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian (Moses Lake, WA).
