In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Centerville Big Reds/Redettes basketball team scored a good 58-42 win over the Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves.
The Big Reds/Redettes (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cardinal (Eldon, IA). The Comets come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Cardinal dropped by Moravia (Moravia, IA), 66-52, in a non-league contest.
