The Cypress Woods Wildcats basketball team scored 76 points and limited the host Morton Ranch Mavericks to 46 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Judson for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12.

With the loss, Morton Ranch falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Paetow (Katy, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 6A Region III District 19 game on Tuesday, December 10. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 7-7. Paetow lost 76-69 in their recent league game against Mayde Creek (Houston, TX)
