In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Fairbanks Panthers basketball team scored a good 51-41 win over the Granville Blue Aces.

The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Southeastern Local (South Charleston, OH). The Trojans come into the Ohio Heritage contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Southeastern Local was topped by Cedarville (Cedarville, OH), 42-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Blue Aces battle the St. Charles Cardinals (Columbus, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Granville will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 51-24 non-league win over Independence (Columbus, OH).
