Oregon High School Basketball - Philomath holds off Junction City

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Philomath Warriors basketball team scored a close 43-41 triumph over the Junction City Tigers.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marist (Eugene, OR). The Spartans go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Marist was tipped by Creswell (Creswell, OR), 64-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Newport Cubs (Newport, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Junction City will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
