The Lamar Warriors basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Ozark Hillbillies to 50 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Subiaco Academy for a 3A Region 4 game on Tuesday, December 10. Lamar will play a Trojans team coming off a 54-53 non-league loss to Izard County (Brockwell, AR). The Trojans record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Ozark falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Hillbillies travel to Van Buren (Van Buren, AR) to play the Pointers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Pointers go into the game with a record of 3-4. Van Buren lost 62-53 in their recent non-league game against Sylvan Hills (Sherwood, AR)
