Ohio High School Basketball - Lincoln overwhelms Mifflin

The Lincoln Lions basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Mifflin Punchers to 33 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host New Albany for a Ohio Capital - Ohio game on Friday, December 13. Lincoln will confront a Eagles team coming off a 52-29 league win over Grove City (Grove City, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Mifflin falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Punchers travel to Whetstone (Columbus, OH) to confront the Braves in a Columbus City - North game on Tuesday, December 10. The Braves go into the game with a record of 0-3. Whetstone lost 89-48 in their recent non-league game against St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH)
