Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Warrior Run fells Northwest Area

The Warrior Run Defenders basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Northwest Area Rangers to 51 in the Defenders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Defenders now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Jersey Shore for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. Warrior Run will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 74-52 non-league loss to Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Northwest Area falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Rangers host Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Monday, December 9. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-0.
