Utah High School Basketball - Timpanogos thwarts Pine View

December 7, 2024: St. George, UT 84790

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Timpanogos Timberwolves (Orem, UT) and the host Pine View Panthers (St. George, UT), observed Timpanogos's basketball team knock off Pine View by a score of 51-42.

The Timberwolves (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Dons come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Spanish Fork was knocked off by Payson (Payson, UT), 54-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT) in a 4A Region 9 challenge, on Wednesday, December 11. Pine View will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Reds come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 51-46 non-league win over Manti (Manti, UT).
