The Denver Christian Thunder (Denver, CO) basketball edged the host Windsor Charter Academy Firebirds (Windsor, CO), 47-42 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Thunder now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mullen for a non-league bout on Monday, December 9. Denver Christian will play a Mustangs team coming off a 63-42 non-league loss to Northfield (Denver, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Windsor Charter Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO) to play the Miners in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
