The Andrew Thunderbolts basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Thornwood Thunderbirds to 19 in the Thunderbolts non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Thunderbolts now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln-Way West for a SouthWest Suburban game on Tuesday, December 10. Andrew will confront a Warriors team coming off a 61-57 non-league win over Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Thornwood falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL) to confront the Raptors in a Southland game on Monday, December 9. The Raptors go into the game with a record of 4-3. Rich Township lost 45-37 in their recent non-league game against Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL)
