Indiana High School Basketball - Ansonia routs Union City

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Ansonia Tigers basketball team scored a big 58-24 triumph over the Union City Indians.

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fairlawn (Sidney, OH). The Jets go into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Fairlawn was trounced by Botkins (Botkins, OH), 56-19, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Indians confront the Centerville Bulldogs (Centerville, IN) in a Tri-Eastern contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Union City will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 83-20 league loss to Northeastern (Fountain City, IN).
