The Southern Tornadoes (Racine, OH) basketball toppled the visiting Clay Panthers (Portsmouth, OH), 51-39 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Tornadoes now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Waterford for a Tri-Valley - Hocking bout on Monday, December 9. Southern will play a Wildcats team coming off a 62-57 non-league win over Unioto (Chillicothe, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-0.
