North Lake Cowboys (Silver Lake, OR) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Echo Cougars (Echo, OR), 54-53 in a non-league match.
With the victory, North Lake advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Umpqua Valley Christian (Roseburg, OR) to face the Monarchs in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Monarchs enter the match with a record of 1-0.
The Cougars now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul for a non-league match on Thursday, December 12.
