In Saturday's non-league test, the Gibson County Pioneers (Dyer, TN) basketball squad trounced the host Obion County Rebels (Troy, TN), by a score of 63-32.

Next, the Pioneers clash with the Trinity Christian Academy Lions (Jackson, TN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 10. Gibson County will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 5-1 record after their 56-18 non-league win over West Carroll (Atwood, TN).

The Rebels (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Peabody (Trenton, TN). The Golden Tide come into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Peabody was routed by Crockett County (Alamo, TN), 58-32, in a non-league test.
