The Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS), 72-40 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Buccaneers now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Clay-Chalkville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. Hoover will play a Cougars team coming off a 45-38 non-league win over Pell City (Pell City, AL). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Neshoba Central falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10.
