Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Warren holds off Maplewood

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Warren Dragons basketball team scored a close 57-52 triumph over the Maplewood Tigers.

The Dragons (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against General McLane (Edinboro, PA). The Lancers go into the District 10 Region 6 contest with a 2-1 record.

In their next game, the Tigers confront the Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Maplewood will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 69-37 non-league loss to Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA).
