The Maranacook Black Bears basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Oak Hill Raiders to 29 in the Black Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Black Bears now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Madison for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 10. Maranacook will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 45-27 league win over Dirigo (Dixfield, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Oak Hill will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Ramblers go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 36-30 league loss to Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME).
