The Melstone Broncs basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Scobey/Opheim Spartans to 28 in the Broncs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Broncs now possess a 2-0 record.

With the loss, Scobey/Opheim falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Dodson (Dodson, MT) to confront the Coyotes in a C District 3 game on Friday, December 20. The Coyotes go into the game with a record of 0-2. Dodson lost 54-21 in their recent non-league game against MonDak [Westby/Grenora] (Westby, MT)
